Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by Use our online form for a Return Authorization number. We will refuse any returns that are not pre-authorized.

  • Do I have to pay for shipping on my return/exchange?
    Yes, you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the return/exchange process. This includes the re-ship fee for your exchange order.
  • Can I add on to my exchange order?
    Exchange orders must be for the same number of shoes returned to Dansko.
  • I live close to Dansko's Headquarters; may I just drop my return off?

    Products purchased at, must be shipped back to our Return Department. They may not be returned to Dansko's Headquarters or your local Dansko retailer.
