Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by DanskoOutlet.com. Use our online form for a Return Authorization number. We will refuse any returns that are not pre-authorized.
DanskoOutlet.com will accept requests for returns or exchange on any pair of unworn, resalable shoes returned in the original box within 30 days. All exchanges are subject to availability.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped via UPS or FedEx. You must pre-pay all shipping charges. DanskoOutlet.com does not pay or reimburse the shipping charges incurred with the original sale, with the return, or with the exchange of Dansko merchandise.
