Your order can be tracked from our
order status page approximately 3 to 5 business days from your order date, including expedited orders. Please do not contact us concerning order status prior to the 3 to 5 business day processing period. If you can not track your package, and you didn’t receive a shipping confirmation within 3 to 5 business days, please

- Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
No, carriers for DanskoOutlet.com, do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- What is your return policy?
All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by DanskoOutlet.com. Use our online form for a Return Authorization number. We will refuse any returns that are not pre-authorized. DanskoOutlet.com will accept requests for returns or exchange on any pair of unworn, resalable shoes returned in the original box within 30 days. All exchanges are subject to availability. All returns and exchanges must be shipped via UPS. You must pre-pay all shipping charges. DanskoOutlet.com does not pay or reimburse the shipping charges incurred with the original sale, with the return, or with the exchange of Dansko merchandise.
- I live close to Dansko’s Headquarters; may I just drop my return off?
Products purchased at Danskooutlet.com, must be shipped back to our Return Department. They may not be returned to Dansko’s Headquarters or your local Dansko retailer.
- Will I be contacted during the return process?
Please allow our Quality Assurance department at least 10 business days to process your return, after which you may be contacted to help complete the Exchange/Return Process. You are also more than welcome to send us an email with your Return Authorization number for status updates.
- Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted to Dansko?
No, once your order has been submitted it can not be changed or cancelled. Please be sure to review your order carefully before submitting it.
- Do I have to pay for shipping on my return/exchange?
Yes, you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred during the return/exchange process. This includes the re-ship fee for your exchange order.
- Can I pay for my Danskos using a bank issued Gift Card?
DanskoOutlet.com can not accept bank issued Gift Card purchases at this time.
- Can you ship orders outside the United States?
DanskoOutlet.com can only ship orders within the USA.
- How often are the footwear styles updated on the DanskoOutlet.com website?
Styles on the website are updated at least three times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- How can I find out when you will have a specific style I am looking for available at DanskoOutlet.com? Can you email me when the shoe becomes available?
Since we are an outlet, we cannot anticipate what will be coming into our inventory at any given time. We are not set up logistically to email customers when a specific style has become available. Please feel free to check our website often to see if the style that you are looking has been added to our inventory.
- Do you offer 'Professional' discounts or do you accept coupons?
DanskoOutlet.com does not offer any additional discounts, nor do we accept coupons, as the footwear is already below the suggested retail price.
- What if the shoe is defective?
Normal and abnormal wear and tear are not considered a manufacturer's defect. Please contact us immediately if you believe there to be a defect in workmanship, as continued wear can mask manufacturer's defects that were present when the shoes were new. Dansko will be happy to take shoes back for inspection of manufacturer's defects. Any determination is at the complete discretion of our Quality Assurance Department.
- Can I add on to my exchange order?
Exchange orders must be for the same number of shoes returned to Dansko.
- Is there a way to know the flaw on the shoe that I want to purchase before I order?
Although we do not have a database of cosmetic imperfections, you can view some typical examples in the What is DanskOutlet.com section of the website.? To insure your satisfaction, our Quality Assurance team visually inspects all footwear ordered from DanskoOutlet.com before shipment. If the footwear you ordered does not pass inspection, we will send you an email notification that your order has been cancelled. Your credit card will not be charged.
- Can I purchase or use a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are not available for sale or use at DanskoOutlet.com.
- How do I pay for my order?
DanskoOutlet.com accepts Visa and MasterCard as methods of payment.
- If one shoe is bigger than the other, is this considered to be a flaw?
Danskos are made by hand and slight size variations that may occur from shoe to shoe are a characteristic of the product.
